We are seeking an experienced Intermediate to Senior Accountant based in the Philippines with strong expertise in Australian accounting and tax. This role extends beyond compliance, requiring solid technical knowledge and the ability to support business advisory services.
You will collaborate with onshore team members and support clients across compliance, reporting, and advisory functions, contributing to high-quality financial outcomes and insights.
Assist in delivering business advisory services
Prepare management reports, including profit & loss analysis, balance sheet reviews, and KPI tracking
Contribute to client-ready financial commentary and insights
Support identification of risks and opportunities within client businesses
Management Reporting & Forecasting
Prepare and maintain cashflow forecasts
Assist with budgeting and scenario analysis
Provide variance analysis and financial insights
Month-End Close & Accounting
Perform month-end close processes including reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals
Review general ledger accuracy and ensure timely reporting
Systems & Process
Work within Xero and other cloud-based accounting tools
Support improvements in workflows and reporting processes
Maintain accurate documentation and working papers
