Use their CRM and auto-dialer to call businesses in South Florida to introduce the company's products and services and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria to identify potential opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and provide relevant information.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments using their CRM system.
Knowledgeable about the technology landscape to effectively communicate their value proposition.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly appointment-setting targets.
+5 years of experience in telemarketing with a focus on B2B appointment setting.
Proven track record of generating leads and setting high-quality appointments.
Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and engaging approach.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and telemarketing tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
