Salesforce Application Architect

Role Overview

Hands-on Salesforce Application Architect who is already operating at senior engineering level and is progressing strongly into architecture. This is a player/coach role: you will own solution design and remain hands-on in delivery, lifting engineering standards and ensuring secure, scalable outcomes for our clients.

OmniStudio experience is required, but this role is primarily focused on end-to-end Salesforce platform architecture and delivery leadership.

Key responsibilities

Lead solution design across Salesforce: data model, security/sharing model, automation strategy, integration patterns, and non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, maintainability).

Build and deliver hands-on using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, Omnistudio and configuration.

Provide technical leadership: standards, code reviews, test approach, release readiness and delivery governance.

Design and implement integrations (REST/SOAP), including mapping, transformation, resiliency and error handling.

Uplift and modernise existing orgs (security/access reviews, refactoring legacy implementations, workflow/process migration to Flow).

Mentor developers and partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality technical delivery.

Mandatory certifications (partner requirement - applications without these will not be progressed)

Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer

Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant

Salesforce AI Associate

Highly desirable (keeps you current)

Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist (AI Specialist track)

Architect track: Application Architect, Data Architect, Sharing & Visibility Architect, Platform App Builder

Required experience

Salesforce delivery background with strong hands-on engineering capability.

Practical experience contributing to architecture outcomes (security, data, integration, maintainability) in complex environments.

OmniStudio exposure (required) including FlexCards/OmniScripts/DataRaptors/Integration Procedures
