Job Description

What you will be doing

Manage client relationships: Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their goals and translating them into effective social media strategies.

Manage social media accounts: Oversee day-to-day content planning, publishing, and community engagement across multiple platforms.

Coordinate campaigns: Work closely with internal teams (design, content, brand) to deliver cohesive, on-brand campaigns.

Stay on trend: Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to keep strategies fresh and relevant.

Support brand storytelling: Help clients build authentic, engaging narratives that resonate with their target audiences.

Report on impact: Provide regular updates to clients on campaign progress, engagement metrics, and content performance.

Qualifications

What you will bring

Experience in client-facing roles and account management, ideally within a digital or creative agency.

Strong understanding of organic social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging channels.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you’re confident in presenting ideas and managing expectations.
