JioStar is seeking a strategic leader to head Brand Solutions for Growth Customer Sales (GCS) across Sports and Entertainment. This role will drive integration-led, content-first brand solutions at scale. The mandate includes shaping go-to-market narratives, delivering high-impact campaigns & initiatives.
Define and scale the brand solutions vision for GCS clients across sports and entertainment.
Guide teams in delivering insight-driven, creative, and commercially viable solutions.
Build repeatable frameworks for branded content, integrations, and IP-led partnerships.
Partner with Sales to drive incremental revenue through bespoke solutions and integrations.
Unlock opportunities across sports properties, entertainment content, and cultural moments.
Champion data-led storytelling and solution design.
Drive innovation in fan engagement, branded content, and sponsorship formats.
Establish strong measurement frameworks and feedback loops for optimization.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Creative, Programming, Production, and Product teams.
Ensure seamless execution of campaigns across live and digital environments.
Drive alignment on quality, timelines, and delivery at scale.
12-15+ years in media, advertising, branded content, or partnerships.
Strong experience in sports and/or entertainment ecosystems.
Proven track record of scaling integrated brand solutions and content partnerships.
Strong leadership experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams.
