This role focuses on driving revenue by selling products in bulk to B2B clients, managing commercial relationship with assigned wholesalers, approach and on board new potential & relevant wholesalers, follow up on collection, ensure wholesale staff are well trained and educated about our products and ensure all products sold to wholesale are sold in the UAE market only. Most importantly, training and supporting wholesalers in increasing distributions.
1.Minimum 3 years of recent experience in "Personal care products" Industry or baby milk & baby products industry of at least 3 years in the UAE market (Dubai, Sharjah & Abu Dhabi).
2.Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
3.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
4.Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
5.Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
6.Valid UAE driver's license (DL) and ownership of a car.
7.Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
