Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations and ensure the reliable performance of equipment and systems. This role requires hands on leadership and a strategic mindset to support organizational efficiency and operational excellence.

Requirements

Lead and manage maintenance teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.

Plan and coordinate corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance schedules.

Ensure all maintenance procedures comply with safety regulations and company standards.

Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and enhance production flow.

Monitor and control maintenance budgets, costs, and resource allocation.

Manage maintenance records, inspections, and compliance documentation.

Continuously improve maintenance procedures and adopt new technologies when feasible.

Develop training plans to enhance the technical capabilities of the maintenance team.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance best practices.

Ability to analyze data and solve complex mechanical issues.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
