Our client, a leading company in the food manufacturing industry, is looking for a Finance Manager to lead cost planning, reporting, and financial analysis for its production operations.

This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on finance professional who can drive cost efficiency, support operational decision-making, and lead a team in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Location: Cagayan de Oro City

Work Setup: Onsite

Job Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and quarterly outlooks for production costs
Review cost assumptions and analyze variances between actual results and plans
Oversee the timely and accurate reporting of production, departmental, and operational costs
Monitor and analyze inventory levels against projections
Provide support during annual audits by coordinating with auditors and delivering required reports and analysis
Drive improvements in cost planning processes and support finance system enhancements (e.g., SAP implementation and upgrades)
Lead and manage the finance team to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of outputs

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of general, cost, and financial accounting, as well as relevant regulations
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to relocate to Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental
