As a business analyst, the candidate will be led by project manager to fulfill the business analysis and project coordination tasks assigned.

Key Responsibilities

Engage the stakeholders to understand client’s business & technology strategy

Gather business requirements and prepare the structured business requirement documents.

Conduct gap analysis between the AS-IS landscape against the envisioned TO-BE state

Provide recommendations on industry best practices and a high level assessment of the existing tool suite

Manage / support the client’s projects following client’s project delivery process

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above

3 ~ 7 years’ hands-on experiences on reporting layout design, KPI design & data lineage analysis.

Professional team player with good communication skill.

Capability on the structured requirement document.

Familiarly with software development life cycle. Project management experience is big plus.

Familiar with SQL language. Development / testing experience on ETL/ reporting is big plus.
