Join Our M&A Team

We’re looking to connect with experienced M&A lawyers who are interested in doing thoughtful, high-quality work as part of a collaborative and supportive team.

Our Corporate Advisory group advises on complex and high-value transactions across a range of sectors, including public and private M&A (including private equity), equity capital markets, joint ventures and corporate governance. We work closely with clients on significant strategic matters and value clear, commercially grounded advice.

You’ll play a meaningful role in leading transactions, building trusted client relationships and contributing to a team that values diverse perspectives and shared goals.

About You

Significant experience in corporate law, with substantial exposure to public and/or private M&A transactions

A strong track record of leading complex transactions and managing meaningful client relationships

The confidence and judgment to take ownership of matters and guide clients through strategic decisions

Highly developed drafting, analytical and advisory skills

Deep technical expertise combined with pragmatic, commercially focused advice

A collaborative, team-oriented approach and a commitment to mentoring others
