We are seeking a full-time, experienced litigation Executive Assistant to join our Melbourne Disputes and Investigations team.
In this role, you will provide high-level support to a Partner and a number of Senior Lawyers. You’ll be part of a busy, close-knit and growing team working on complex, high-profile litigation and regulatory matters.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, ideally in a litigation or professional services environment
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive approach and sound judgment
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
