Requirements

Experience in factory opening and management experience of more than 1000 peoples

Proficient in cold bonding and injection molding process and cold adhesive injection molding processes

Familiar with local policies and regulations in Vietnam and have certain resources and contacts in footwear industry.

5 + years of knowledge and experience in lean manufacturing, quality control, cost management, supply chain management

Language Skill: English, Vietnamese and Mandarin

• Management skill: co-ordinates the order execution of cooperative factories. Internal and external project management
• More than 5 years of work experience in Vietnam, preferably with international sourcing experience
• Familiar with the whole process of shoe products manufacturing
• Have experience in leather shoes manufacturing is an advantage
• Candidate locations: Thanh Hoa, Vietnam
