About the job Membership and Marketing Assistant

1. Conducts Information and Recruitment Drives, PMES, recruits new members, and processes new member applications.
2. Promotes the Cooperative products and services to target and existing members.
3. Provides logistics, clerical and administrative support to the Scholarship, Papsi

Assist, Community Development, Membership Trainings, and Marketing Programs

of the Satellite and Liaison Offices.

1. Encodes members' data into the Membership Information System (MIS).
2. Issues passbooks, ID Cards, and Share Certificates.
3. Attends to termination process which includes counseling of termination applicants

and review of documentary requirements.

1. Releases and tags giveaways for members.
2. Attends to the requirement of PFR(s) of the Satellite Office.
3. Prepares periodic reports.
4. Performs such other duties as may be directed from time to time
