The Customer and Product team is the bridge between customer engagement and product innovation. Our mission? Build strong partnerships with retailers and deliver smart, scalable solutions that create real value.

We work closely with retailers to understand priorities, co-create tailored solutions, and ensure seamless delivery of contracted services.

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll strengthen strategic partnerships with our Retailer network to unlock growth and deliver value. You’ll identify opportunities to expand product adoption, improve profitability, and create tailored solutions that meet evolving customer needs. This role calls for a mix of relationship-building, commercial insight, and cross-functional leadership to drive outcomes and deliver measurable impact. As part of your role you will be responsible for;
Own, and have complete knowledge of the Retailer contract to ensure all required contracted deliverables are provided in the times stipulated.
Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with both the Retailer’s and our business objectives.
Build and maintain trusted relationships across multiple levels and functions within the Retailer’s organisation.
Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs while balancing commercial outcomes.
Operational Excellence & Delivery Oversight
Ensure delivery of contracted services and programs, proactively managing risks and resolving issues.
Lead internal cadence meetings to track performance, escalate blockers, and ensure alignment across delivery teams.
Oversee the preparation and delivery of proposals, presentations, and performance reviews with Retailers.
Promote a safe and healthy work environment and contribute to the continual improvement in quality and performance at Intellihub by complying with all relevant policies and procedures.
Commercial Growth & Profitability
Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and services to existing Retailers.
Drive improvements in customer profitability through tailored commercial strategies, pricing optimisation, and cost-to-serve reduction initiatives.
Collaborate with Product and Operational teams to co-create value propositions and experiences that resonate with Retailer needs.
