Relevant du Directeur des opérations, l’Associé aux opérations soutient les opérations quotidiennes d’une entreprise de logistique. Ce rôle implique le suivi des expéditions, la mise à jour des systèmes et la gestion des tâches administratives afin d’assurer des processus fluides et efficaces.
Surveiller les expéditions à l’aide des systèmes de suivi afin de garantir le déplacement ponctuel des marchandises, du départ à l’arrivée
Planifier les rendez-vous de collecte et de livraison
Fournir des mises à jour en temps réel des expéditions aux équipes internes
Saisir avec précision les informations dans le logiciel de gestion du portail client
Offrir un service de qualité aux transporteurs par téléphone et courriel
Escalader rapidement les problèmes non résolus
Exécuter toute autre tâche assignée
Minimum 1 an d’expérience en saisie de données
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale
Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel
Bilingue (anglais et français)
La maîtrise de l'anglais est obligatoire car ce rôle traite avec des employés canadiens et américains (80 %).
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Associate supports the day-to-day operations of a logistics company. This role involves tracking shipments, updating systems, and managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Monitor shipments using tracking systems to ensure timely movement of goods from departure to arrival.
Schedule pickup and delivery appointments.
Provide real-time shipment updates to internal teams.
Accurately enter details into client portal management software.
Deliver excellent service to carriers via phone and email.
Escalate unresolved issues promptly.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum 1 year experience in a data entry
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in English is mandatory as this role deals with Canadian and US employees (80%).
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment with a positive attitude.
High accuracy in performing repetitive tasks.
Strong multitasking skills.
Consistent quality and productivity aligned with department standards.
