Qualified tradesperson in Carpentry, or currently completing a trade qualification.

Construction & Structural Works
Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications to complete tasks accurately.
Set out, measure, mark, cut, shape, and assemble construction materials for structural work.
Place and install temporary and permanent cast‑in elements within horizontal and vertical concrete structures, including:
Reinforcement cast‑in connections.
Façade and curtain wall pocket formers, cast‑in anchor channels.
Structural steel cast‑in plates and bolts.
Manage on‑site stock levels of cast‑in items to support work sequencing and efficiency.
Erect, align, and dismantle edge‑protection handrails to formwork and concrete floor plates in line with programme requirements.
Install, maintain, and remove construction mesh to handrail systems as per manufacturer specifications.
Manage on‑site stock of handrail and temporary works materials.
Assist with the assembly, set‑out, placement, and movement of perimeter screens and other temporary structures as required.
Site Setup & General Support
Assist with site setup, temporary works, and general site maintenance.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area at all times.
Operate hand and power tools in compliance with manufacturer guidelines and company procedures.
Support trades and site personnel with general labouring and material handling tasks as directed.
Safety & Compliance
Follow all site safety procedures and DCOH’s Work Health and Safety policies.
Use correct PPE and adhere to safe work practices without compromise.
Inspect tools, materials, and equipment for faults or hazards, reporting issues promptly to supervisors.
Represent DCOH professionally and ethically in accordance with the company’s Code of Conduct.
Undertake additional duties as reasonably directed within scope, skill, and experience.
