About the job Talent Acquisition Associate

As a Talent Acquisition Associate you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job openings in depending on which focus Team you will be assigned.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Partnering with hiring managers to determine and calibrate staffing needs including the criteria and job description of the positions.

Conducting end to end recruitment which includes

Posting of job ads to various job posting platforms,

Sourcing and screening of resumes/cv,

Administering interviews to create shortlist of qualified candidates,

Endorsing qualified candidates to hiring managers for interview,

Monitoring and following up of the interview process and status.

Administering appropriate company assessments, reference and background checks.

Maintaining relationships with hiring managers to ensure staffing goals are achieved.

Conducting job offers and discussion of employer information, details and benefits.

Participating in other recruitment activities which may be required from time to time.

Tracks and updates current trends and information regarding the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and local laws regarding employment practices.

Updating recruitment reports, databases including employment activity in a timely and accurate manner.

Performs other job-related tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in sourcing/recruitment or related fields.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy

Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment.

Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks within tight deadlines.

Willing to work onsite on a Project Based employment.
