Responsibilities

Assist with routine maintenance and repair tasks across residential or commercial properties.

Support experienced technicians in performing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks.

Perform general upkeep such as painting, cleaning, and grounds maintenance.

Use tools and equipment safely and effectively under supervision.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

Report maintenance issues and complete work orders promptly.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic knowledge or interest in maintenance, repair, or construction is a plus.

Willingness to learn and take direction.

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Valid driver's license preferred.

Benefits

The position offers an entry-level salary of $18 per hour.

This position is temp-to-perm, customer is looking for someone to go permanent.
