We have newly created roles delivering support to our customers through the legal process of contract, document and title exchange within our Conveyancing.com.au business.

The Legal Delivery Team is the engine room of DBC Philippines. Providing scalable, quality conveyancing support and services to buyers and sellers across the retail residential market, the Legal Delivery team works across all states in Australia and includes a large team of operational specialists in the Philippines.
We are seeking for a Admin Officer to work as part of a team providing service and support to Client Services team through lead conversion, assisting Lawyers in preparation of contract review, assisting Paralegals and Australian clerks in accomplishing some clerical works from matter creation to settlement.
Opening files for Client by creating matters and do basic checking of the contract and client details based on the procedure
Manages contract review calendar booking
Assigns matter to file handlers based on their daily capacity
Prepares contract review for the Lawyers
Carry out administrative duties such as partial data entry and forwarding of emails to file handlers
Report to and update the leader of any issues encountered by the team for resolution
Ensure tasks are verified and completed in a timely manner
Participates in the investigation of the problem and implementation of actions
Ensure compliance with the procedures
Perform other tasks assigned by Management

Experience working with legal concepts, definitions and documentation preferred
Experience delivering exceptional customer service
1-2 years direct customer contact (written and phone based) experience working with Aust / NZ, US or UK customers
Ability to anticipate needs of team members and clients, and self initiative to meet those needs
Strong written and verbal skills for regular communications to various stakeholders, including team members and clients
Critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
Efficient – able to handle multiple demands while remaining flexible and adaptable to change
Ability to act on strategies for solving problems and meeting objectives before being asked to do so
Exceptional attention to detail
Perseverance and commitment
Ability to work alone as well as part of a high performing team
Commercial awareness and desire to keep abreast of developments
Integrity, ethical and moral behaviour regarding client confidences and information, company confidentiality, and overall team interactions
Expertise in Microsoft 365 applications
This role works mostly in a WORK-FROM-HOME SETUP and to be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate your home working environment is as follows:
