Your Role and Impact

Provide expert support and guidance to workshop team leaders, ensuring efficient diagnostics of leading truck brands including Mercedes Benz, Freightliner, and Fuso.

Identify and address skills gaps through the development of targeted training programs, in collaboration with our partners and internal training department.

Champion the implementation of best practices in skills development, continually monitoring and reviewing processes for optimisation.

Oversee the development of apprentices, ensuring alignment with both our high standards and industry expectations.

Qualifications

We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Heavy Vehicle Technician, with a deep understanding of service department dynamics.

A strong foundation in repair and maintenance principles, troubleshooting techniques, and the technical aspects of vehicles.

A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

A Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology AUR31116 or equivalent. A Cert IV in training and assessment is highly desirable.
