If you are someone who enjoys speaking to people, understanding what drives them and becoming genuinely good at something over time, this role is designed for you.
As a 180 Consultant, you will specialise purely in the candidate side of recruitment. That means no cold business development, no split focus, just building relationships, developing market knowledge and becoming known for delivering quality talent.
What the role looks like day to day
You will be working within the US data centre market, a fast growing and high demand space where strong candidates are highly valued.
Find and engage professionals across the US using LinkedIn, social platforms and direct outreach
Have honest, detailed conversations about career moves, expectations and long term goals
Manage candidates through the full hiring journey from first conversation to placement
Build a network of people who trust you and return to you throughout their career
Work closely with business development consultants who bring in client relationships
You will be supported from day one with training, guidance and a clear structure so you know exactly how to improve and progress.
Why this role stands out
This is not a “throw you in and see what happens” environment.
A clear path to progression with defined steps and expectations
A structured working environment that supports focus, development and consistency
Transparency around earnings, targets and what good performance looks like
Ongoing support from experienced consultants who have already built successful careers
What you can expect
Uncapped commission with realistic and growing earning potential
A clear progression plan that allows you to move forward as you develop
Hands on training from people who understand the market
A £500 personal development fund to invest in your own growth
Two annual company trips to international locations
Wellbeing support
The chance to work in a market that is growing globally and offers long term career stability
Who this suits
You do not need previous recruitment experience.
People who are interested in building a long term career rather than just finding a job
Motivated by learning, progression and improving over time
Confident speaking to new people and building relationships
Curious about industries, markets and what makes people move roles
Comfortable using digital platforms to connect with others
A degree is preferred but not essential if you can demonstrate the right attitude and potential.
We work with industries that are shaping the future across technology, engineering and energy.
More importantly, we focus on giving people the opportunity to build something long term, with the support and structure to actually make it happen.
If you are looking for a role where you can develop real skills, build relationships and create a career with direction, this is a strong place to start.
