About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, professional, and highly flexible Corporate Car Driver to support the Founder of Constructor Group, family members, executives, and VIP guests in Singapore. This role requires a high level of discretion, punctuality, service orientation, and readiness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when needed.

The ideal candidate is dependable, service-minded, calm under pressure, and comfortable supporting senior leadership and family-related transportation needs. You should be proactive, well-organised, and able to adapt to changing schedules and priorities while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a personal driver to the Founder of Constructor Group and family members, including transportation of children to school, tuition classes, and other activities.

Provide transportation support to Constructor executives when required.

Drive VIP guests and business partners visiting Singapore.

Run errands and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and overall readiness of vehicles.

Be available to work flexible hours, including overtime when required and approved.

Support additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Proven experience as a personal, executive, or corporate driver is preferred.

Strong knowledge of roads, traffic patterns, and routes in Singapore.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and interact professionally with senior stakeholders, family members, and VIP guests.

Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Good communication skills in English.

Strong sense of responsibility for vehicle upkeep, safety, and passenger comfort.

Working Conditions

Employment location: Singapore.

Work schedule: 6-day working week

Monday to Friday: 10 hours per day

Sunday: 9 hours per day

Saturday: rest day

May be required to work on weekends and public holidays, depending on business and family needs.

Probation period: 3 months.

Compensation and Benefits for This Role
