As part of the strategic development of the Asset Management business line of the Bank, we are creating a new SICAV Product position based in Luxembourg.
This role is designed to strengthen the day-to-day governance and development of our Asset Management activities and support the future expansion of the existing SICAV platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in both the administrative life of the SICAV and the active development of the business, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Provide day-to-day support to the Fund’s Board of Directors
Act as the link between the Bank and key fund stakeholders (Management company, central administrator, portfolio manager, lawyers)
Ensure a smooth coordination across external partners
Assist in the daily operational life of the SICAV (governance, reporting, processes, documentation)
Work with stakeholders to optimize processes, operations and communication
Ensure expectations of internal and external stakeholders are met
Handle requests and queries from internal partners and external parties
Help and coordinate, where appropriate, for an efficient resolution of issues
Contribute actively to the development and expansion of the existing SICAV platform
Assist the Head of Department in business development projects and initiatives
Track regulatory changes impacting UCITS governance
