Account specific roles and responsibilities

Review and consolidate patient admission records from multiple sources (hospital systems, portals, and submitted documents).

Ensure all required admission details are complete, accurate, and aligned with HMO requirements.

Reconsile patient's medication, allergies and diagnosis using the client tool

Check submitted documents (e.g., admission forms, chart notes, clinical records) for completeness and correctness.

Ensure proper naming conventions, version control, and accessibility of documents.

Process and complete assigned records within defined turnaround times.

Requirements

At least 6 months BPO experience in a US Healthcare Insurance Account

Familiar with EMR Systems

• Must have attention to Detail
• Good verbal and written English skills

Knowledge with MS Tools

• Must be willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shifts
