Rise is hiring a Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify new business opportunities across fintech, Web3, and global payroll markets.
You will own outbound prospecting, qualify inbound interest, and book meetings for Account Executives. This role is focused on pipeline generation, structured outreach, and continuous improvement of messaging and conversion rates.
This is a high-impact, front-line sales role with a clear path to promotion into an Account Executive position based on performance.
Identify and research companies within target industries including fintech, Web3, DAOs, global payroll, and distributed teams
Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone, and sales automation tools
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined ICP and buying signals
Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure clean opportunity handoff
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in HubSpot
Test and optimize outreach messaging to improve reply rates and meeting conversions
Develop strong product knowledge to clearly communicate Rise’s value proposition
Provide structured feedback to marketing and product teams on lead quality and messaging performance
