Ready to bring your ideas to help shape Bluecurrent's future and make a positive difference for our teams? Join our collaborative Wellington team as an Office & Facilities Manager. This role oversees the day‑to‑day office operations in Wellington while leading the nationwide facilities management, helping to create exceptional workplaces at Bluecurrent.
Manage day-to-day office operations in Wellington, creating a positive, professional workplace environment.
Support leadership teams with meetings, office logistics, and events.
Manage office access systems, including access provisioning, deactivation and reporting.
Oversee office consumables, shared assets, access systems, and onboarding/offboarding support.
Manage purchase orders, invoices, and expenses related to office and facilities activities.
Ensure offices meet health, safety, and wellbeing requirements.
Lead national facilities management, including building maintenance, cleaning, security, access control, utilities, office moves, office fit-outs, and refurbishments.
Provide project management for facilities works, overseeing the scope, stakeholder coordination, timelines, and cost tracking.
Manage supplier and contractor relationships, including service contracts and SLAs.
Who we are looking for
Experience in end-to-end office management in multi-site environments.
Facilities and property management experience, including leases, fitouts and building services.
Proven ability to coordinate small to medium-scale facilities or office upgrade projects.
Vendor and supplier management experience, including contract management and SLA’s.
Experience supporting health, safety, and wellbeing requirements in office environments.
A high level of organisation and time management with the ability to manage competing priorities.
A proactive, and continuous improvement mindset.
