About the Role

Want to help problem-solve and deliver innovative Salesforce solutions? Our supportive and collaborative digital team has an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce developer to join the team. In this role, you will work with stakeholders to define, design, and deliver high-quality business applications. As a Salesforce Developer, you'll develop tailored Salesforce solutions across the SDLC) from initial concept through deployment and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities include

Develop and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, and a range of integrations, always aligning with business needs.

Work within an Agile Scrum team and with stakeholders to deliver outstanding features, enhancements, and defect fixes across Salesforce Service, Experience, and related cloud platforms.

Support the Salesforce deployment lifecycle, including CI/CD processes, change sets, version control, and environment management.

Provide production support, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions to minimise system downtime and business disruption.

Assist with user acceptance testing, ensuring solutions meet user needs.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications, including collaboration with vendors when required.

Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration workbooks, and release notes.

What we are looking for

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have

3-5+ years’ professional experience, including at least 2 years in Salesforce development.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce coding, configuration, data migration, and deployment tools.

Solid understanding of programming best practices (e.g. SOLID design principles).

Previous experience in an agile, collaborative team environment.

Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail.

Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders.

A continuous improvement and a problem-solving mindset.
