Our client is in chain retail stores business and is presently in search of qualified and capable individual for the following role:
Be the leader for the function of HR with focus on talent acquisition
Provide supervision for HR team with planning of recruitment strategies.
Work closely with internal departments so as to make proactive and appropriate recommendations with consideration of factors with the job market
Managing and make improvement in workflow so as to maximize recruitment performance and make the best uses of company resources
Responsible for planning and organizing team member's activities in terms of recruitment advertisement and posting
Degree holder of Business Administration / Human Resources Management or equivalent.
At least 6 years or above of HR experience with strong focus on recruitment
Solid working experience with large organization is a preferable
Well versed with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR related ordinances
Have good business sense and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Be able to work under pressure with detailed minded and good management skills
Good communication skills in English and Chinese is a must
