Fleet Technician

Salary: £18.00 per hour.

Shift: Any 5 in 7 days.

Job Description

You are required to maintain ethical standards in accordance with Culina Asset Management’s AG Policies and the Company's Compliance Guidelines and Policies including Anti-Bribery and all relevant competition law.

Carry out diagnostics and repair faults on vehicles

Complete all paperwork and carry out all downloads to audit standards

Carry out modifications and fitments to new vehicles

Carry out end of contract inspections

Carry out end of contract repairs

Adhere to all health and safety laws and keep good housekeeping

Technicians will need authority to clock idle codes from their charge hands or the workshop controller

If charge hands authorise any idle time this should be reported to the workshop controller on that day

The idle time will be monitored and reviewed on a weekly basis by the workshop controller. Any issues or queries will be reported back to the charge hands

Qualifications

• Must be qualified to City and guild standard or equivalent
• Must have relevant experience in a busy commercial workshop
• Must at least full driving licence but preferably hold an HGV licence
• Must be flexible and able to work under pressure
