TIG Welder / Metal Fabricator (Aluminum & Stainless)

1st shift : Monday - Friday 5am - 3pm - Occasional Saturdays required - Must be willing to work OT.

Pay Rate: Starts at $24+ (depending on experience)

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder / Metal Fabricator with experience working on aluminum and stainless steel. This role focuses on the fabrication and assembly of metal components such as railings and custom structures. The ideal candidate is comfortable reading technical drawings, working with precision, and maintaining consistent quality in a production environment.

What You’ll Do

• Fabricate and assemble metal components including railings and custom parts based on technical drawings
• Perform TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel, ensuring strong and clean welds
• Interpret blueprints and work instructions to complete projects accurately
• Set up and operate shop equipment such as grinders, saws, and other fabrication tools
• Measure, align, and fit materials using appropriate tools and fixtures before welding
• Safely move materials using equipment like pallet jacks or lifting devices when needed
• Follow established safety practices while meeting production and quality expectations

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with TIG welding, specifically aluminum and stainless steel
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and measurements accurately
• Basic math skills including fractions and simple calculations
• Experience working with fabrication tools and equipment
• Ability to identify and resolve fit-up or welding issues independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Physical Demands

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed
