Quality Engineer – ServiceNow + ATF Manager
The Quality Engineer (Manager) is responsible for leading testing activities within ServiceNow implementations, ensuring high-quality delivery across projects. This role oversees test strategy, manages testing teams, and ensures alignment with business requirements and quality standards.
Test Strategy & Delivery
Define and manage end-to-end testing strategies, plans, and execution.
Oversee all testing phases including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Review and approve test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Monitor testing progress, defects, and quality metrics throughout delivery.
Leadership & Governance
Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers and testers.
Ensure adherence to testing standards, methodologies, and governance practices.
Identify risks and issues, and drive resolution across stakeholders.
Provide regular updates on testing status and quality outcomes.
Work closely with business and technical teams to define testing objectives.
Translate technical requirements into test strategies aligned with business needs.
Support continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
Experience leading ServiceNow testing initiatives and managing QA teams.
Strong knowledge of software testing lifecycle, methodologies, and defect management.
Experience in developing test strategies, plans, and reports.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
SQL knowledge and functional testing expertise.
Familiarity with ServiceNow certifications and testing frameworks.
Experience in enterprise-level testing environments.
