Role Overview

The Finance Associate Manager – Project Controllership is responsible for overseeing the financial control, reporting, and compliance of CAPEX-related activities. This role ensures accurate project financial management, timely closing, and adherence to governance standards. It also supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and control effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any related business course; CPA license preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in project or construction accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook), with strong data handling and analytical skills
• Experience with SAP (FICO, MM, PS, or Asset Accounting modules) is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively

Key Responsibilities

Review, validate, and process CAPEX-related transactions in alignment with approved budgets and project commitments
Administer, monitor, and report on CAPEX budgets to ensure proper tracking and utilization
Ensure timely, complete, and accurate CAPEX financial closing, including coordination of dependencies and resolution of issues
Prepare and maintain CAPEX-related financial reports, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements
Implement and maintain effective controls and governance practices to support audit readiness and compliance
Manage operational housekeeping of CAPEX-related accounts, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records
Support and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and strengthen financial controls
