Role Overview

The Total Rewards Operations Specialist is responsible for executing a variety of Tier 2 tasks that support the company’s compensation and benefits programs globally (America, EMEA and APAC). This role works closely with People Operations, People Systems, Payroll, and our Compensation and Benefits partners, facilitate employee communications, and support cyclical reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation Operations

Support compensation programs and processes ensuring compliance with local regulations and practices.

Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of compensation data, including equity, salary structures, and market benchmarking.

Ensure data integrity and compliance in compensation-related systems and processes.

Partner with internal stakeholders to support compensation planning, audits, and reporting cycles.

Drive process improvements and support the adoption of compensation best practices.

Benefits Operations

Administer and coordinate benefits programs globally: AMER, EMEA, and APAC (including Philippines), ensuring region-specific compliance and effective communication.

Coordinate and administer benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with organizational objectives.

Serve as a primary escalation point for complex benefits and leave of absence cases, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements across the US, EMEA, and the Philippines; ensure ongoing adherence in program administration and reporting.

Support cyclical and ad-hoc reporting, audits, and data management for benefits and total rewards.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of total rewards operations, including documentation, vendor management, and employee communications.

Baseline Qualifications

Experience in compensation, people operations and/or benefits administration

Experience collaborating with People Operations, Systems and Payroll teams

Ability to manage confidential information

Experience with HRIS and Ben Admin systems

Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (data analysis, formulas, reporting, and automation)

Highly enthusiastic about learning and implementing AI tools, such as ClickUp Brain!

Highly Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday, including EIBs and excel-based templates
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets: advanced formulas and basic modeling (not VBA)

Bonus Qualifications

  • Strong experience with USA, Ireland and UK compensation or benefits, including LOAs
  • Working knowledge of Radford compensation surveys
  • Working knowledge of LOA admin systems, such as Tilt
  • Experience with AI tools
  • Experience with Philippines and/or India benefits administration, specially Leaves of Absence

The Total Rewards Operations Specialist is the primary contact for escalated tickets from People Operations, addressing cases that require specialized Total Rewards expertise. This role ensures vendor communications are managed within the Total Rewards team, streamlining service levels and oversight. By handling operational and escalated tasks, the Specialist enables other Total Rewards team members to focus on strategic initiatives, saving time and improving efficiency.
