Position Summary

Ecommerce Finance Senior Analyst is responsible for delivering high-quality reporting, data management, and analytical support across Conair’s ecommerce business.

This role is primarily focused on execution, data ownership, and insight generation, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information. This position emphasizes building & maintaining financial models, and analyzing data to enable decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Data Ownership
Own ecommerce reporting leveraging data across systems (e.g. SAP, Power BI, Adaptive), ensuring accuracy and consistency
Consolidate and manage data from multiple sources to support financial analysis
Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs for performance tracking
Forecasting & Planning Support
Support monthly forecasts, planning cycles, and annual budget
Prepare variance analysis and identify key drivers of performance
Maintain and update financial models and datasets
Analysis & Insights
Conduct ad hoc analyses on topics like sales performance, margin deviations, promotional performance, and media ROI
Translate data into actionable insights for finance and cross-functional partners
Support senior team members in strategic projects and decision support
Process & Systems Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and automation
Partner with IT and finance teams to enhance data flows and system capabilities
Document processes to ensure consistency and scalability

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, analytics, or finance
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) preferred
  • Experience working with large datasets and multiple systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Environmental Factors

Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.

Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.

This role requires Stamford, CT office on-site presence Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere on Fridays.
