ZAF - Sales Operations Manager (Revenue Operations)
Contractor Fee: $2,500-$2,700/month (USD)
Commitment: Full-time (Approx. 40 hours/week)

We are hiring a Sales Operations Manager (Revenue Operations) to support a fast-growing omnichannel consumer brand operating across DTC, Amazon, and wholesale retail. This role owns the operational layer of the sales function by ensuring CRM data integrity, building reliable forecasts, managing commission tracking, and delivering clear, actionable reporting to leadership. You will work closely with the Head of Sales and Finance to keep revenue data accurate, optimize systems, and maintain visibility across all channels while building structure and improving processes to support scalable growth.
Own and manage HubSpot CRM end-to-end, including data integrity, pipeline stages, deal properties, and user management
Build and optimize workflows, automations, and sequences to improve sales team efficiency
Maintain clean, accurate, and real-time pipeline data across DTC, Amazon, and wholesale channels
Develop and manage weekly sales forecasting models by channel, ensuring alignment with Finance and inventory planning
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership, including pipeline health, pacing vs. targets, and risk flags
Produce regular sales operations reports for leadership with clear, actionable insights
Own commission tracking and reporting, ensuring accurate calculation, reconciliation, and visibility into rep performance
Support modeling and iteration of commission structures as the sales team grows
Identify gaps in systems, tools, and workflows, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and visibility
Support and eventually own integrations across HubSpot, Shopify, Amazon, and wholesale or EDI systems
Document processes to ensure scalability and consistency across the sales organization
