Job Description

We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a highly driven Aftercare State Manager to join our fast-paced team. You can accelerate your career in the automotive industry, working alongside our Sales, Finance and Leadership teams. You will be responsible for driving and optimising aftercare performance across our Victorian dealerships.

This role will see you

Identify and capitalise on opportunities across new and pre-owned sales channels to increase product penetration

Lead and mentor sales teams to elevate aftermarket conversion and product awareness

Deliver a premium, tailored customer journey from initial engagement through to post-delivery

Drive continuous improvement in customer relationships, ensuring a consistently high level of satisfaction and ongoing engagement across the full customer journey.

Ensure best practice across processes, compliance and service delivery to ensure consistent quality and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

Ideally you will have

Proven success in aftermarket/aftercare sales within the automotive industry (essential)
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow multi-site operations autonomously
A highly adaptable communicator and strong interpersonal skills capable of influencing diverse teams and dealership environments
Strong understanding of commercial drivers of the business, including gross profit, margins and conversion metrics
Advanced capability across CRM systems, reporting tools, and performance tracking
Willingness to travel between multiple dealerships sites across Victoria
Availability to work a 5-day roster, including Saturdays
