Our client, a growing food distribution company, is looking for a Sales Specialist for premium products like steaks and wines.

We are specifically seeking candidates with a hotel or hospitality background, as the role focuses on managing and expanding partnerships with hotels and restaurants.

Location: Makati

Work Setup: Onsite / Field-based

Job Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with hotels, restaurants, and key accounts in the hospitality industry.

Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base.

Promote and sell premium food products, including high-quality steaks and wines.

Conduct product presentations, tastings, and client meetings to showcase offerings.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic account management and business development.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.

Coordinate closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, and marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline reports.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years of sales or client-facing experience, preferably from hotels, restaurants, or the food service industry.

Strong network within the hospitality (HORECA) industry is highly preferred.

Experience in handling or selling premium products (e.g., meats, wines, specialty food items) is an advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a field sales environment.

Strong understanding of customer needs in the hotel and restaurant space.
