Job Description

This role focuses on supporting individuals to achieve their employment goals while contributing to a positive and inclusive local community.

As part of the atWork Australia team, you may

Support people of all abilities to build confidence and job‑readiness skills

Work one‑on‑one with individuals to identify goals and career pathways

Help people overcome barriers to employment

Partner with local employers to create inclusive job opportunities

Be part of a supportive, collaborative team that values growth and impact

Qualifications

We welcome people from a range of backgrounds.

You may come from experience in

Employment services, community services, customer service, education, or support roles

Coaching, mentoring, or working with diverse communities

A strong desire to help others succeed and find meaningful work

What matters most is your values, attitudes, and commitment to making a difference.

Due to role requirements, applicants must be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents.

Morning Session: 10:00am – 12:00pm

Afternoon Session: 2:00pm – 4:00pm
