This role focuses on supporting individuals to achieve their employment goals while contributing to a positive and inclusive local community.
Support people of all abilities to build confidence and job‑readiness skills
Work one‑on‑one with individuals to identify goals and career pathways
Help people overcome barriers to employment
Partner with local employers to create inclusive job opportunities
