We’re now looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead, grow and inspire high‑performing allied health teams across the Sydney Metro area of NSW for a 12 month secondment.
As a Regional Manager, you’ll take ownership of both people leadership and business performance, making a real impact across NDIS services in the Greater Sydney Metro area.
Leadership & team growth
Lead and develop Team Leaders and multidisciplinary Allied Health teams
Create a culture of performance, accountability and care
Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning
Coach leaders to achieve service, quality and financial outcomes
Hold regular performance and development check‑ins
Business & financial accountability
Own regional budgets and financial performance
Monitor revenue, utilisation and growth targets
Partner with senior leaders to deliver sustainable outcomes
Relationships & growth
Build strong referral pathways within the NDIS sector
Strengthen relationships with participants, families and stakeholders
Represent Ability Action Australia at networking events and industry forums
Quality, compliance & risk
Ensure services meet NDIS, clinical and quality standards
Proactively manage risk, compliance and continuous improvement
Promote a participant‑first, values‑led approach to service delivery
We’re looking for a confident, people‑focused leader who knows how to balance purpose with performance.
Proven experience leading and scaling high‑performing Allied Health teams
A track record of consistently delivering to set financial targets
