Our Sourcing and Employer Branding Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig and Mandaluyong as a Sourcing and Employer Branding Specialist on a fixed-term basis.
In this role, you will support initiatives to create and maintain a continuous candidate pipeline needed by the bank, and help execute sourcing and employer branding strategies as set by the Sourcing Team Head. You will also gain hands-on experience in talent engagement and recruitment marketing.

Support the creation of a talent pipeline using various sourcing methods and campaigns to attract the right candidates
Actively participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other sourcing initiatives to promote the EastWest employer brand and expand candidate reach
Manage the assessment of high-volume applications across different divisions
Ensure compliance with audit and vendor governance requirements when coordinating with external sourcing partners
Collaborate closely with the Sourcing Team to provide quality talent and participate in calibration sessions with stakeholders for critical hiring needs
Monitor and complete weekly productivity reports, track candidate progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Ensure alignment with all regulatory and internal bank policies
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in sourcing for volume and niche roles, preferably in banking or financial services.
Solid understanding of passive sourcing, talent mapping, and employer branding strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Excel for reporting and basic data analysis; familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools is a plus.
