Role Overview

• Review and underwrite indirect auto loan applications in line with established underwriting and credit guidelines
• Structure loan terms and make approve/decline decisions
• Communicate with dealerships as needed to support the underwriting process
• Send income verification links to applicants once the dealership is ready
• Review income verification results and ensure compliance with program requirements
• Generate e-contract packets within our system once income verification is approved
• Email completed e-contract packets to dealerships in a timely manner
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and adherence to underwriting standards
