As an E-commerce Merchandising Assistant, you play a key role in maintaining the accuracy, quality, and performance of our online store. You will ensure product data, pricing, imagery, and on-site content are consistently up to date, compliant with internal guidelines, and aligned with commercial and SEO strategies.
Working across site reviews, data management, and content optimisation, you will proactively identify issues, support continuous improvements, and help deliver a seamless and engaging shopping experience for customers.
Regularly review the website to identify anomalies, missing information, broken content, or inconsistencies.
Raise or resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information across the website and central product database.
Manage product titles, descriptions, prices, attributes, and other key details.
Onboard products into the PIM (Product Information Management system).
Enrich product data using AI tools.
Ensure all product data is consistent, structured, and ready for use across the business.
Review key page content to support SEO performance.
Identify missing or weak metadata.
Ensure product and collection pages are optimised for search visibility.
Implement on-page SEO recommendations.
Update relevant page content.
Create SEO-friendly content using available tools and systems.
Upload and manage product images and content.
Ensure correct format, resolution, and alignment with the appropriate products and campaigns.
Assist in maintaining and optimising catalogue merchandising rules.
Support commercial activities and campaign execution.
Improve product visibility across the website.
Maintain accurate business hours and location details across showroom listings.
Identify and report discrepancies, errors, or content issues.
Escalate issues to relevant team members or management for resolution.
