Handle calls related to patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and healthcare services.
Conduct standard triaging to determine the appropriate level of care or next steps for patients.
Perform accurate data entry for patient intake, ensuring all information is properly documented in the system.
Maintain wrap-up time under 60 seconds after each call to ensure efficiency and service quality.
Adhere to established accuracy and productivity standards.
Manage sensitive patient information with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams, providers, and administrative staff to support smooth patient coordination.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional tone at all times.
