Job Title: Accounting Manager

Location: Makati City

Work Set-up: Hybrid

Job Description

• Lead daily accounting operations
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all financial transactions
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Implement and strengthen internal controls to minimize risk and prevent fraud
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, OPEX, and revenue performance
• Deliver insights through financial and performance reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial and operational goals

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)

5+ years of accounting or financial management experience

Strong background in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance

Experience in budgeting and team leadership

Familiarity with fintech or high-growth environments is a plus

Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
