We are seeking an SEO Specialist to join our elite team of dynamic professionals. In this role, you will collaborate with a small, creative team to craft high-value content for our clients in innovative ways. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, passionate about SEO best practices, and has a knack for crafting compelling content.

Key Responsibilities

Work across on-page, technical, and off-page SEO to drive organic performance
Build and manage content clusters to establish topical authority
Create keyword-targeted copy to optimize content for specific key phrases
Write, optimize, and publish content, including blogs, news and events in Webflow
Optimize landing pages, service pages, and core pages with targeted keyword
Utilize digital tools to identify search trends and key phrases
Design custom graphics and enhance images for landing pages and blogs
Post and optimize blogs for targeted phrases
Apply SEO principles to maximize copy's reach through internal linking and metadata optimization
Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements
Collaborate with Account Managers and Project Managers on client campaigns
Maintain editorial calendars
Edit content to improve optimization

Requirements

Experience working with the technical aspects of SEO campaigns or similar work.

A deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods (particularly in regard to Google’s search engine)

Expert knowledge of SEO and Analytics

Expertise in Webflow and WordPress.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JSON

Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console

Proficiency with Copyscape or Surfer SEO.

SEO Certifications (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Gotch Academy)

Experience using Market Muse, Clearscope, etc., is a plus

Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).

High school diploma or equivalent.

System and Work Setup Requirements

A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues.

Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up-to-date web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage

Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution

A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work
