Supervise staff, assign tasks, and check work at regular intervals
Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures in the assigned work areas
Check reports such as Payroll Summary, Bank Summary, Monthly Statutory remittances, final pay computation of resigned employees, intra-transferees' salary, BIR Alpha Listing
Undertake annual performance review of staff, facilitation and evaluation
For L&D, we are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor with end-to-end knowledge of the L&D process—from TNS to TNA, to facilitation, and Post-Program Analysis. The programs are intended to all employees.
Candidate should also be equipped to handle cultural trainings and other non-HR topics and initiatives.
Most importantly, the candidate must be skilled in post-program analytics.
Capable of generating meaningful data insights from each training, providing actionable recommendations, and proposing value-adding programs based on TNS results.
Preferably Psychology graduate or Human Resource and the like
Must have a minimum of 3 year experience as HR Supervisor in all facets of HR (General HR/Generalist)
L & D background is an additional requirement
