Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Their team combines deep market expertise with modern technology to deliver seamless property experiences from acquisition and development to sales and management.

Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Administrative VA to support portfolio tracking and financial administration for a growing buyers agency. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable handling data, coordination, and basic financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update a detailed Excel/Google Sheets tracker for personal and company property portfolios (e.g., insurance renewals, lease expiries)
Liaise with property managers for portfolio updates, follow-ups, and general inquiries
Track and schedule company insurance renewals to ensure deadlines are met
Monitor, organize, and vet commission payments for agents, then forward for payroll processing
Prepare and organize financial data for payroll, including personal bills and company expenses
Manage bill payments (personal and business) and keep accurate, up-to-date records
Collaborate with accountants, ensuring all required financial data is provided during tax periods

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and high level of organization

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Experience in administration, bookkeeping support, or financial coordination is preferred
  • Clear and professional communication skills for liaising with stakeholders
  • Ability to manage recurring tasks, deadlines, and sensitive financial information with accuracy
  • Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote setup
