Head of Lead Generation (Kompetenza & Datamax AI)

The Role

We’re looking for a Head of Lead Generation — a hands-on growth specialist who can build and execute synchronized outbound strategies across multiple platforms and markets.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills — someone who can design and manage multichannel outbound campaigns using Amplemarket, LinkedIn automation tools (HeyReach, Aimfox), and Salesforce, while continuously testing, refining, and optimizing for maximum ROI.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the lead generation strategy for Kompetenza and Datamax AI, aligning with business goals and sales targets.

Build and manage outbound sequences across Amplemarket, LinkedIn automation tools (HeyReach & Aimfox), and Salesforce — ensuring synchronization across all systems.

Conduct A/B testing on messaging, targeting, and outreach frequency to optimize conversion rates.

Maintain and manage CRM workflows inside Salesforce, ensuring all leads, activities, and campaigns are tracked accurately.

Partner with leadership to brainstorm and implement creative, out-of-the-box ideas for outbound growth, including new verticals, partner outreach, and webinars.

Manage campaign analytics and performance dashboards to report KPIs and ROI.

Coordinate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and ensure follow-up consistency.

Continuously research and test new automation and AI tools to improve lead efficiency and scalability.

Plan and coordinate monthly webinars and lead-gen events to drive partner and client engagement.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound marketing, or growth automation, ideally within SaaS, tech, or consulting.

Hands-on experience with Amplemarket, LinkedIn automation (HeyReach, Aimfox, etc.), and Salesforce CRM.

Proven ability to build and manage automated multichannel prospecting workflows.

Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and campaign analytics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strategic thinker with a “test and learn” attitude — unafraid to experiment and iterate fast.

Strong organizational skills; able to manage campaigns for multiple brands simultaneously (Kompetenza & Datamax AI).

Nice to Have

Experience running webinars or partner campaigns for lead generation.

Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools and workflow automation.

Previous exposure to Salesforce AppExchange solutions or CRM-driven B2B SaaS.
