We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive vehicle sales and enhance customer experience within a dynamic automotive environment. The role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing suitable vehicle solutions while achieving sales targets and contributing to overall business growth.
Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities through walk-ins, leads, and referrals.Promote and sell vehicles to individual and corporate clients.Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.Stay updated on product offerings, features, and market trends.
Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Product Presentation & DemonstrationConduct vehicle presentations and test drives for customers.Explain product features, specifications, and benefits clearly.Assist customers in comparing models and making informed decisions.Ensure showroom vehicles are well-presented and maintained.
Sales Process & DocumentationHandle end-to-end sales process including quotations, negotiations, and closing deals.Prepare sales documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for vehicle financing options.Ensure timely processing of orders and delivery of vehicles.
Market Awareness & ReportingMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.Provide feedback on customer needs and market opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role.Experience in showroom or dealership sales is preferred.
