About the job Regional Customer Success Manager Leader
Be the Single Point of Contact for Customer Success in respective region in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and manage relationships with senior leadership of customers
Grow base customer revenue and create net new opportunities.
Conceptualize and implement strategies with a view to expand existing relationships for company products / services.
Work with company Solution Architects to fine tune and present solutions to customers
Ensure Time bound Revenue book and collection of receivables.
Grow and build CSM team in the region as may be required from time to time.
Skills & Experience
Align with customers and company to create a joint vision of the future
Empathy with customer.
Be consistent and detail oriented
University Degree with at least 15 to 18 years of sales/consulting experience.
Experience in SaaS, B2B, and retail selling, preferably from Oracle or SAP partners.
Creativity in solving complex problems.
Is an outgoing person and team player who enjoys working in a team environment
Work shift: Dayshift
Setup: Hybrid - Depending on clients requirement, must be willing to do client visits)
Location: This role is open to candidates from Indonesia or Malaysia. Must be willing to travel, as this position will involve extensive travel.
